Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information
Technology. with a registered capital of 30 million
yuan.The company has three main entities: the Mechanical and Electrical
Business Unit, the Hydrogen Storage Business Unit, and the Fuel Cell
Business Unit,as well as provincial-level engineering technology
centers,Chinese Academy of Sciences joint laboratories, and postdoctoral
workstations.
The Mechanical and Electrical Business Unit
was developed from the overall relocation project of the Mechanical and
Electrical Department of the Shanghai Institute of
Microsystems,Chinese Academy of Sciences,at the end of 1998. it uses advanced
vacuum brazing technology to produce two major categories of
products: the Deutz series aluminum alloy radiator and the Cummings series
stainless steel cooler, supporting large state-owned,military,and
joint venture host factories.With the development of the company, in recent
years, a series of water-cooled plate products have been developed
that are suitable for cooling large electromechanical equipment, advanced
equipment, and electronic components; Suitable for plate heat
exchangers,condensersevaporators,and other products in the fields of air
conditioning,heat pumps, industrial refrigeration, waste heat
recovery,data center liquid coolingcharging station heat dissipation,etc;And
the copper photothermal module cooler series products suitable
for ultra-high temperature solar thermal collection module heat dissipation
have taken a big step towards commercial heat
dissipation,cooling,and heat exchange fields,making the company's product line
more diverse.At the same time, through continuous process technology
upgrading and transformation, as well as the cultivation of production and
research teams, we have further strengthened our collaborative
development and customized design production capabilities.
